The premier Foodservice networking event will return on Thursday 27th February 2025, at The Eastside Rooms, Birmingham. The day is made up of two parts: the daytime Menu Innovation Forum and the evening’s Menu Innovation & Development Awards (MIDAS).

The daytime Menu Innovation Forum will consist of:

- 1-1 meetings between the UK's leading foodservice manufacturers and key delegates from over 50 of the UK’s leading foodservice operators, including pub groups, casual dining chains, travel and leisure, QSR and many more

- An extensive lunchtime exhibition, showcasing products and menu ideas from our sponsors to delight all delegates with the latest category innovations and food trends

- A selection of excellent workshops showcasing everything from new-and-exciting trends within the industry, to interactive culinary masterclasses

- An invaluable opportunity for group menu development chefs to interact and exchange information with their peers

The day will culminate with the evening's annual presentation of the MIDAS Awards. Hosted by Nigel Barden, guests will enjoy an exquisite 3-course menu. Admission to this event also includes complementary overnight accommodation at the venue.

Upon registering to attend the full-day event, an individual timetable, curated specifically to you, will be created. This will involve participation in 1-1 supplier meetings. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, we would be very grateful if you could let us know at your earliest convenience as this will affect the timetable of other attendees.
