MIDAS CODE OF CONDUCT

MIDAS Network is committed to creating a professional, respectful and inclusive environment across all our activities, events and interactions. We expect all participants, partners and attendees to uphold the following standards:

Respect and Professional Behaviour
All individuals must treat others with courtesy, respect and professionalism at all times. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

Inclusivity and Equality
We are committed to providing a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of background, identity, or experience. We expect all participants to actively support an inclusive and accessible atmosphere.

Appropriate Conduct at Events
Attendees should behave responsibly and respectfully during all MIDAS Network events. Disruptive behaviour, excessive intoxication or actions that negatively impact others’ experience may result in removal from the event and/or network.

Safe Environment
We are dedicated to maintaining a safe space for all. Any behaviour that threatens the safety or wellbeing of others will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behaviour that does not align with this Code of Conduct, please report it to a member of the MIDAS Network team. All concerns will be handled sensitively and appropriately.

Enforcement
MIDAS Networks reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to breaches of this Code of Conduct, including warnings, removal from events and/or restriction from future participation.
